MEETING MINUTES – JUNE 22, 2009

Goodlad called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2009 at the Star Prairie Community Center.

Members Present: Don Demulling, Stuart Nelson, Brad Johnson, Bob Goodlad

Members Absent: Neil Johnson, Dennis Early, Warren Wood

The May minutes were read by Demulling. Johnson moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Goodlad, and carried

Treasurer’s report by Nelson:

ENDING ACCOUNT BALANCES $49,221.26

INCOME $38.94

EXPENSES $ 1,400.00

ENDING ACCOUNT BALANCES 6/22/09 $47,860.20

OLD BUSINESS:

Aquatic Invasive Species: The checking of boats and trailers entering and leaving the lake at the public landing was started in early June. This is being conducted every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will continue until September.

Water Quality Report: Goodlad reported that samples and data are being collected. No new information to report.

NEW BUSINESS:

Flow Velocity Meter: Nelson moved to purchase a flow velocity meter for the outlet portion of the lake, seconded by Demulling, and carried. Purchase price and shipping not to exceed $1,000.00.

Johnson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:26 p.m., seconded by Nelson, and carried.
